We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all completed repairs.

If the same problem returns within 30 days due to our installation or workmanship, we will return to inspect and correct the issue at no additional charge.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated appliance failures.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, power surges, improper installation by others, or acts of nature.
• Failures caused by issues outside the repaired component, such as electrical problems, venting restrictions, plumbing issues, or other appliance defects.

We stand behind our work, and we guarantee your satisfaction with every repair we do.  Many new replacement parts are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for up to one year.  If a warranted part fails during the manufacturer's warranty period, we will replace the defective part at no additional charge for the part itself.

The parts warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear-and-tear items, including but not limited to belts, pulleys, rollers, glides, filters, light bulbs, and similar maintenance components. Heating elements and other electrical components are covered only to the extent provided by the manufacturer's warranty and are not covered for failures resulting from restricted airflow, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, power surges, electrical issues, acts of nature, or other external causes.
• Failures resulting from clogged dryer vents, improper ventilation, plumbing problems, or other conditions unrelated to the replacement part.
• The manufacturer's parts warranty covers the replacement part only. Labor, travel, diagnostic, and service call charges required to install the replacement part are not included in the part warranty.
